Welding knowledge that welders need to learn

1. Safety knowledge: Understand the safety measures during welding, including wearing protective equipment (such as protective clothing, protective glasses, gloves, masks, etc.), using protective equipment, maintaining good ventilation, etc., to prevent arc light, spatter, harmful gases, etc. from harming the body. Understand emergency measures in emergency situations, such as fire extinguishing and evacuation, and be familiar with the safe operation of the welding machine to prevent electric shock accidents.

3. Practical experience: Through practical operation exercises, master the basic skills such as adjusting current, hand stability and control, and arc starting skills. After mastering the basic welding skills, you can further improve your welding level by learning more advanced welding skills (such as arc breaking welding, etc.) and participating in welding skills training and competitions.
