Production Process

During the production process of welding rods, we strictly control the quality and carry out quality control to ensure that the quality of the final welding rods produced meets the standard requirements.

Quality Control Test:

Appearance inspection
The color of the weld is uniform, the surface is smooth and defect-free, and the width and height of the weld meet the requirements.
Tensile test
Measure the tensile strength and elongation of the weld, which has sufficient strength and elongation.
X-Ray Test
The intensity of transmitted rays determines whether there are defects in the workpiece as well as their location and size. After testing, the test results of our products are Level I.
Low temperature impact test
Store it under the ice-water mixture for a certain period of time, and quickly take it out to complete the impact test/taking e6013, 2.5mm as an example, the absorbed energy is 72,72,78J.
