The main process of the accident--
A welder in a factory was performing welding operations at a temporary outdoor construction site. During the operation, he found that there was no power switch box when the welding machine was connected, so he removed the power from the rubber head of each wire on the cable and connected them to the open-air power grid line. However, because the neutral wire was connected to the live wire by mistake, when he adjusted the welding current and touched the shell with his hand, he suffered an electric shock and died.

The main cause of the accident--
The welder was not familiar with the relevant electrical safety knowledge and mistakenly connected the neutral wire to the live wire, causing the welding machine shell to be electrified and electrocuted to death.
