The main process of the accident
A welder in a factory was welding at a temporary outdoor construction site. During the operation, he found that there was no power switch box when connecting the welding machine, so he removed the power from the rubber on the head of each conductor on the cable and connected them to the open-air power grid. However, because he mistakenly connected the neutral wire to the live wire, he was electrocuted when he adjusted the welding current and touched the shell with his hand, resulting in death.
