E6013 Welding Electrode Rods for carbon steel

E6013 is a Carbon Steel welding electrode, it is suitable to work in all positions with excellent welding technological properties, stable arc less splash, shaped good appearance, easy for removal of slag layer, easy for striking arc and restriking arc. High viscosity, strong welding, this type welding rods is suitable for welding general carbon steel zinc-coated steel sheets for ships, normal carbon steel sheets. Also suitable for small thin plates and low class low carbon steel, such as 09Mn2, Q235, 09MnV. Our goal is to make every welding point strong forever.

AWS E6013, the coating is acidic, including the high-titanium potassium type coating, and its diameter is generally 2.0-5.0mm. It has the advantages of good welding performance and stable arc. Both AC and DC can be connected and used, and it is easy to remove slag, and it is not easy to cause spatter. The welding after welding is also relatively fine and beautiful. For welding, it is also suitable for intermittent welding and cover welding.
