Electrodo 6011 Welding Rod E6011 Manufacture

GB/T 5117 E4311AWS A5.1 E6011ISO 2560-B-E4311 AWelding rods E6011 cellulose type vertical downward special electrode welding electrode E6011 is a cellulose potassium type coating vertical down special acid electrode. Both AC and DC can be used and can be all-position welding including vertical down welding.

When it is used for downward welding, the molten iron and slag do not drip and have a big arc blow force and penetration. When it is used for underlying welding, can reach one side welding double molding and have a high welding efficiency.

1. In generally, don’t need to re-dry the electrode before welding. When it be affected with damp, should be re-dry it at 70℃-90℃ for 1 hour.
2. The rust, oil, water and other impurities of the weld area must be removed before welding.
