H08A submerged arc welding wire

H08A is carbon steel submerged arc welding wire. Combined with flux (such as SJ301, HJ431, etc.), used for welding low carbon steel, such as Q235, 20# and other steel structures. Carbon steel (such as Q195, Q215, etc.) is widely used in welding boilers, ships, pressure vessels and pipelines and other industries.

H08MnA submerged arc welding wire

H08MnA is an important low-carbon steel weldment, ordinary carbon steel with a welding strength level of 300-350MPa, high-quality carbon steel and low-alloy structural steel for welding.

If the strength requirement of the weld is low, H08A submerged arc welding wire can be used, and when the strength requirement of the weld seam is high, H08MnA submerged arc welding wire can be used. High weld strength is required, and high matching can be used, while the Mn content of H08MnA is greater than that of H08A, and relatively speaking, high matching of welds can be achieved.

Precautions :

1. The welding input energy will directly affect the mechanical properties of the weld metal. Before use, process evaluation should be carried out according to its own welding conditions, and appropriate process specifications should be formulated.

2 Before welding, the rust, oil, moisture and other impurities on the welding surface should be removed, and the welding wire should also be clean before use, free of oil, rust and water.

3. The flux needs to be baked for 1-2 hours before use (the baking temperature of sintering flux is 300-350℃, and the baking temperature of smelting flux is 200-250℃).
4. Attention should be paid to the ambient temperature and humidity for storage and storage. The indoor temperature should be above 5°C, the relative humidity should not exceed 60%, and there must be a certain distance (≥300mm) from the ground and walls; indoor classification should be stored with clear signs.

The commonly used varieties of submerged arc welding wire in China are: H08A, H08MnA, H10Mn2, H10MnSi
