Best Arc Welding Rods Cellulose Type 6011 Steel Welding ElectrodeGB/T 5117 E4311, AWS A5.1 E6011Welding rods E6011 cellulose type vertical downward special electrode welding electrode E6011 is a cellulose potassium type coating vertical down special acid electrode. Both AC and DC can be used and can be all-position welding including vertical down welding.

All position welding, all purpose rod for deep penetration and fast freezing on dirty, rusty and painted materials

Smooth arc wetting and spread with good spatter providing fast deposition and flatter, contour fillets offering faster travel speeds

Minimal surface preparation required.

Excellent for galvanized steel and rusty/oily steel in maintenance or repair applications.

Dependable and ideal for AC operation, can be welded DC+ too.

When it is used for downward welding, the molten iron and slag do not drip and have a big arc blow force and penetration. When it is used for underlying welding, can reach one side welding double molding and have a high welding efficiency.

1. In generally, don’t need to re-dry the electrode before welding. When it be affected with damp, should be re-dry it at 70℃-90℃ for 1 hour.
2. The rust, oil, water and other impurities of the weld area must be removed before welding.
